I actually love being the only person awake in my house. Everything is so calming. This is my time to clear my mind of all its chaos - my time to soak in this quiet moment of peace. All I can hear is the crickets outside my bedroom window and the delicate breeze. It is eerily quiet: just me, myself and I. Who needs therapy when you have this?
